*Prices must be negotiated before pick up.

*Due to constant no-shows, I will not meet. You must pick up. If you ask to meet up, your emails will be ignored.

*If you make an appointment with me but never show up or don't let me know know you can't make it, you will be put on my block list.

*I also no longer HOLD items. I've had people beg me to hold things then they don't show up and I never hear from them again even after I call/email many times asking if they still want it.

*I reply to all emails. If something is sold and you email me before I can mark it sold, I will email and let you know that it is sold.

*Do not make low ball offers. I do not sell my things because I need money, if I needed money I'd get a job. I sell things because I no longer need or want the items. I'm sorry if you have a sob story, but I don't play into those, there are con artists everywhere. I am a courteous,nice, and very fair person so please don't insult me.

*Every bit of information in my ads are vital. If something needs repair, I will say so. I will not be held responsible if you buy something I say needs repair, but you don't read the ad and then later find out it needs repair. Also, if an item needs repair, I will price it fairly for it's condition. If you ask questions where the answer is in my ads, I will assume you didn't read it and I will not reply. I can't risk selling to you.

*If I receive an abundance of emails for my things, I don't have time to send personal emails to each person. I type up a generic email with information for pick up and send it to everyone. If I don't reply, it's either because you obviously didn't read my ad, you are low balling, or for some reason you may have ended up in my SPAM folder.
